Kevin is an Executive Chef by trade.  Chef Hawkins’ career includes Princess Cruise Lines where he had the opportunity to be lead and develop employees from many different cultures from around the world.  Kevin also has held positions such as Corporate Chef for Rouses Supermarkets and Double R Restaurant Group.  These positions provided the experience of opening multiple new supermarket and restaurant locations.

Kevin launched his own training/consulting company, Table Ten Concepts, in which he works with his clients on menu development, staff and management training, and operational troubleshooting needs.  Kevin is a licensed contract trainer with FreemanGroup.  Kevin is currently on the project teams for FreemanGroup clients such as WestJet and The Heart Hospital Baylor.
