Team Building
This day and a half workshop is designed to examine the make up of your team, what you do well as a group and what you need to do better. This business-driven approach is grounded in building individual and team capabilities to more effectively achieve results. The Freeman Group facilitator acts as the catalyst to bring out concerns from within the group, both on an individual and team basis. This, in turn, leads to agreement on a strategic action plan for immediate implementation once the seminar is complete.
